The vocabulary stays with everyday, recognizable work: health and public service, hands-on trades, kitchen and counter jobs, and a handful of arts and stage titles. There are no modern digital roles, no corporate titles and no company names, so the same set makes sense to a player in any country. Every entry is one word, never a two-word title.
Easy means a word runs in two directions only: left to right, or top to bottom. Nothing is spelled backwards, nothing slants. That suits a first session, a quiet evening, or a printed sheet handed to a group who should finish rather than struggle. Read one row at a time, then send the same attention down the columns.
Most of these words end in -er, -or, -ist or -ian. Find one of those endings in a line and you usually have the tail of a job waiting to be traced back.
