Expect a reply within a few working days. This site is run by a small team: there is no phone line, no chat widget, and no contact form that goes nowhere.
What you never need to ask us for
Cancelling your subscription, changing your card or fetching your receipts: all self-serve from the billing portal on your account page.
Deleting your account and your data: a dedicated button on the same page, no need to go through us.
Printing a grid, generating another one, switching language: none of that needs an account.
What we genuinely want to hear about
An out-of-place word in a grid. The random letter fill is filtered in both languages, but no filter is perfect: if you find a run of letters that has no business being there, tell us, with the page address. That gets fixed first.
A language mistake, a listed word you cannot find, a sheet that prints badly: the page and one sentence are enough.
A theme request: they are read, and the most asked-for ones move up.
