Every direction is open here: across, down, both diagonals, and each of those read in reverse. A job may begin at the bottom of a column and climb, or start at the right edge and run back towards the left. The letters have not changed — your reading has, and that is the entire difficulty.

It is the reference challenge in this theme: same square as the medium sheet, same familiar list of trades and professions, but a search that asks for real attention. Solvers who have run out of patience with gentler grids come here, and so do people who want a printed sheet that will occupy a determined player.

Read for reversed endings. A job that finishes in -er shows up as re- when the line runs backwards, and that pair is common enough in this theme to be worth chasing.
