Keyboard: arrows to move, Enter to start a word, arrows to extend, Enter again to confirm, Esc to cancel.

Two new paths open up: a word can slope down to the right, or climb up to the right. Letters are never reversed, so an answer found on a diagonal reads normally once you follow the slope. In practice it widens the set of lines your eye must check, without adding anything you have to decode.

This size is where the theme reads best. Nearly everything on the list fits, so the outside of the body and the machinery inside it appear side by side, and the filler letters have enough space to stay quiet. It is the version to choose when someone asks for a normal word search without qualifiers.

Clear the rows and columns first, then sweep the diagonals as a separate job: start from a cell in the left column and follow the slope across, once going down and once going up.
