At this size the whole theme fits without compromise. The drawer utensils, the appliances, the tableware, the pantry seasonings and the cooking verbs all sit in one grid, so the sheet reads as a portrait of the room rather than a sample of it. There is also more blank filler between answers than a small grid allows.

It is the obvious choice when you are printing for other people. A large sheet gives readable letters even after photocopying, leaves room for a pen to circle without obscuring its neighbours, and lasts long enough to fill a session at a table. Nobody has to hurry, and it can be picked up and put down.

Divide the sheet into quarters and finish one before moving on. On a field this wide, scanning the whole thing for each word in turn means covering the same ground over and over.
