This human body word search takes you from head to toe, with the names children learn early in school.
The list runs from the parts you can see to those that work quietly inside. Children tie each word to their own body, and older students review science vocabulary. For a first try, pick the easy human body word search; for a real challenge, go for the hard one.
The page has three levels, easy, medium and hard, with grids from 8×8 to 20×20. Easy reads only left to right and top to bottom; medium adds diagonals; hard uses all eight directions, backwards too. Each grid is generated, then checked automatically by software, and is free, printable and comes with an answer key.

Classroom activity idea
Each student traces the outline of their body on a big sheet, then writes the words they found in the right place. A partner checks the positions and adds a function for each part. The result goes up on the classroom wall.
Classroom use is allowed: print as many copies as your students need, free of charge, with no sign-up.
Parts that come in pairs look alike in shape; find the short words first, then follow shared letters towards the longer terms.
