A puzzle that introduces the people behind health care, from the roles everyone knows to those hardly anyone has heard of.
Beyond the familiar faces, the list makes room for specialties that check hearing, eyesight, posture, nutrition or the heart. Endings such as -ist, -ologist and -ian come back again and again, so the grid doubles as a short workshop in scientific vocabulary.
This health care jobs word search has three levels, easy, medium and hard, and grid sizes from 8×8 to 20×20. Younger students can enjoy a short 8×8 grid, while older ones tackle long job titles in 20×20. Each grid is generated and then checked automatically by software, with an answer key and free printing.

Classroom activity idea
Have each student pick one job from the list and write three clues without naming it: what the person wears, where they work, whom they help. Classmates guess in turn. For older groups, invite a relative who works in health care to answer questions about training and a typical day.
Classroom use is allowed: print as many copies as your students need, free of charge, with no sign-up.
The long endings -OLOGIST and -IST show up often, so find those first, then trace each word back toward its beginning.
