A puzzle that names everyone who keeps a school running, from the front door to the last bus of the afternoon.
Behind every school day there is far more than teaching: people watch over the halls, prepare meals, care for scraped knees, support learners and fix what breaks. The list puts those roles beside the places and moments of the day so students see the teamwork around them.
This school staff word search comes in three levels, easy, medium and hard, with sizes from 8×8 to 20×20. A short grid works well at the start of the year, and a longer challenge suits the end of a term. Every grid is generated and then checked automatically by software, and prints free with its answer key.

Classroom activity idea
At the start of the year, hand out the puzzle and add a people hunt: each student meets three staff members from the list and writes down their first name and what they do. Sharing results as a group builds a big chart of the faces of your school.
Classroom use is allowed: print as many copies as your students need, free of charge, with no sign-up.
Compound titles lose their spaces in the grid, so a school bus driver becomes one long string; hunt for those long strings first, since they stand out.
